Tahitian Tease

I created this very tasty concoction without alcohol, but I suspect it would make an excellent drink with a light rum.

While going to college, I tended bar at Mr. Lucky's; it the time a country western bar in west Phoenix. But I don't drink, so I needed something more interesting than soda and soda water and non-alcoholic.

What you need

• 2 oz. orange juice
• 1 oz. pineapple juice
• 1/2 oz. coconut juice
• 1/2 oz. sweet and sour
• 1/4 oz. lime juice, or fresh lime
• 1/4 oz. grenadine

What you do

In a pair of mixing cups, mix and shake all the ingredients. Pour over ice, and garnish with your choice of orange slice or wedge or cherry.
